He has been at Powell High School for 23 years, following Kent Kidd. He attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a Bachelor’s in Music Education and a Master’s in Choral Conducting. He lives in Maryville on a nine acre farm at the foothills of the Smokies, with his children Krista and Nolan.
